Job Description

- Thống kê, cập nhật dữ liệu hằng ngày vào file tổng hợp và trên phần mềm.
- Kiểm soát sồ sơ chứng từ xuất nhập kho và kiểm tra tồn kho hằng ngày
- Tiến hành lưu trữ, chứng từ văn thư của phòng ban.
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng Phòng lập ngân sách và kiểm soát thực hiện ngân sách
- Cầu nối cho P.HCNS để thông báo tới các nhân sự phòng.
- Thực hiện Các công việc khác được giao bởi trưởng phòng.

Job Requirement

- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/ Đại học chuyên ngành kế toán
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo
- Có tính tuân thủ và chấp hành kỷ luật
- Kỹ năng phân tích tổng hợp, đánh giá
