Job Description

  • Quản lý nhập – xuất – tồn kho hàng hóa hiện vật;
  • Sắp xếp, vệ sinh kho và bảo quản hàng hóa, lưu trữ chứng từ nhập xuất kho;
  • Quản lý nhân sự  nhân viên giao nhận (NVGN),  phân công công việc – giám sát thực hiện giao nhận;
  • Luân chuyển, lưu trữ chứng từ nhập xuất kho;
  • Kiểm kê kho và báo cáo định kỳ (hàng ngày, hàng tuần, hàng tháng);
  • Đối chiếu số liệu, lập kế hoạch báo cáo và hoạt động kho;

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
  • Am hiểu nghiệp vụ kho, bảo quản hàng hóa, PCCC, ATLĐ
  • Ưu tiên đã có 1 năm kinh nghiệm Thủ kho trở lên
  • Lập kế hoạch, lập báo cáo 
  • Biết sử dụng MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Khả năng nhận dạng hàng hóa nhập xuất, khả năng kiểm đếm chính xác
