Job Description

  1. Tìm kiếm khách hàng, đối tác có nhu cầu thuê nhà xưởng, kho bãi, BĐS CN.
  2. Chào giá thuê nhà xưởng, kho bãi, BĐS CN cho khách hàng/đối tác
  3. Chăm sóc khách hàng, đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ theo đúng quy trình của Công ty.
  4. Phối hợp cùng bộ phận Kế toán theo dõi, đối chiếu và thu hồi công nợ
  5. Duy trì chất lượng dịch vụ thông qua việc phối hợp với các bộ phận nghiệp vụ, đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng.

Job Requirement

  1. Nam/ Nữ tuổi từ 22-35. Kinh nghiệm làm sale từ 1 năm nhân viên kinh doanh BĐS Công nghiệp.
  2. TIẾNG TRUNG GIAO TIẾP
  3. Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc cao đẳng các chuyên ngành kinh tế, xuất nhập khẩu, logistics....
  4. Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office.
  5. Có tinh thần cầu tiến, ham học hỏi, chịu được áp lực công việc.
